Zhengwei Technique (K) Ltd mainly engaged in domestic and overseas engineering & construction project contracting.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill in the following position:
Quantity Surveyor
Job Duty:
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documents;
- Conduct cost estimations and taking off;
- Compute financial accounts;
- Planning, programming and advising management for the project;
- Project feasibility studies, Estimating and Costing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Aged at least 30 yrs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (previously Building Economics)from a recognized University in Kenya
- At least four years’ experience of preparation of tenders, re-measurements and certification of payments for large scale construction.
- A good grasp of the Agreement and Conditions of Contract.
- Unquestionable integrity and work without supervision.
